Sacca Social is a content scheduling and multi-platform publishing platform that lets users organize, schedule, and publish their own video content across the social media accounts they connect, including TikTok and YouTube. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sacca Social ("the Service"), operated by Renan Gemerson Sacca ("we", "us", "the Operator"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Sacca Social provides tools to connect social media accounts via each platform's official API, compose content, schedule posts, and publish videos and other media to those connected accounts from a single dashboard. Features and integrations may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
To publish content, you connect third-party platforms (such as TikTok and YouTube) through their official OAuth authorization flows. When you authorize a connection, you grant Sacca Social permission to act on your behalf only within the scopes you approve, and only to provide the scheduling and publishing features of the Service. You may revoke this access at any time from the Service or from the platform's own settings.
You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any connected platform, including the TikTok and YouTube developer and community policies.
Your use of connected platforms through the Service is also governed by those platforms' own terms. You agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service, as applicable to the accounts you connect.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, using it to send spam or to artificially inflate engagement, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party platforms may also change or restrict their APIs, which can affect functionality outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for third-party platform outages, or for content published by users.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
