This Privacy Policy explains how Sacca Social ("the Service"), operated by Renan Gemerson Sacca ("we", "us", "the Operator"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Service to connect social media accounts such as TikTok and YouTube and to schedule and publish your content.

1. Information we collect

Account information: the email address and credentials you use to create and access your Sacca Social account.
Connected platform data: when you authorize a social media account, we store the access and refresh tokens issued by that platform and the basic profile information needed to display the connected account (such as username, display name, and profile picture).
Content you provide: the videos, images, captions, titles, and scheduling details you upload or create to publish through the Service.
Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as logs of publishing actions.

We do not collect or store the passwords of your connected social media accounts. Authentication is handled through each platform's official OAuth flow.

2. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide the Service: to authenticate you, to display your connected accounts, to schedule and publish the content you choose to the accounts you authorized, and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service. We do not use your content or platform data for advertising.

3. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your content is only transmitted to the third-party platforms you explicitly connect and choose to publish to (for example, TikTok or YouTube), through their official APIs. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users.

4. TikTok and YouTube data

When you connect TikTok, we access only the scopes you approve, and use them only to publish and manage the content you schedule. When you connect a Google or YouTube account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use YouTube or Google user data for any purpose other than providing the scheduling and publishing features you request.

5. Data storage and security

Data is stored on a private server controlled by the Operator, with restricted access. Access tokens are stored securely and all communication with the Service is encrypted using HTTPS. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain tokens and profile data only while your account remains connected. When you disconnect an account within the Service, or revoke access from the platform's own settings, the corresponding tokens are invalidated and the associated data is no longer used and is deleted. You may request deletion of your Sacca Social account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your information, disconnect any connected account, or request a copy of your data by contacting us at the email below. You can also revoke Sacca Social's access directly from your TikTok or Google/YouTube account security settings at any time.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
